NORTHERN ARTIST DON’T VALUE THEIR NORTHERN DJ’s
A disc jockey, more commonly abbreviated as
DJ , is a person who plays existing recorded
music for a live audience. Most common types of DJs include radio DJs , club DJs, who perform at a nightclub or music festival and
turntablists who uses record players, usually
turntables , to manipulate sounds on
phonograph records .
In the Northern part Nigeria, The connection between Dj and Artist is very weak unlike the southern part of Nigeria. DJ’s mostly feature an Artist on a track E.g
Dj Neptune Ft kizz Daniel – Wait
Dj Spinal ft Dotman – Omoge
But in the North (Arewa) DJ’s only make mixtapes and some refix
Dj atom speaks out what it’s in his mind and it’s fact says!!!!but am very sure this his ract its not related to the upcoming artist’s it’s relate to the northern celebrities artist’s and the reason is that the DJ’s too don’t value the artists since from the first day thats they don’t respect and value them since when they where upcoming before the become celebrities.
